App Update 0.9.12

Hey everyone, I'm back with a small update that fixes a few issues on iOS 16!

You can now Pull to Refresh from all the main tabs to get fresh content!
I cleaned up a lot of design issues found on iOS 16.
The Events tab should now load much faster.
Fixed a bug that caused your subscribed podcasts to appear too high.
